Shipping policy

ALL PARTS ARE BUILT TO ORDER.

Check the homepage for current lead times.

Customer pickups are welcome during regular business hours. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice after we have confirmed your order is ready.

Our website does not calculate shipping cost for your order.  When checking out please use "PAY LATER" as your shipping method. We will contact you after your order is packaged for shipment and box fee payment.

Hairy Glass will arrange for your order to be shipped through one of our many carriers. We'll work at getting you the best rate possible.

There will also be a box fee added to your order. This will be due before shipment is made.

We will arrange shipping and contact you for shipping and box fees payment.

**Upon arrival of your shipment open it immediately and inspect all parts for damage! **

If damage is found there are 2 options.

1) Refuse delivery. Tell the driver to take it back. Give us a call and we'll handle it from there. We'll get replacement parts under construction ASAP and file a claim with the carrier.

2) Take delivery. Have the driver note the bill of lading of all the damage before signing. And ask for a claim form.  All of our shipments are insured for the full amount of the contents. If damage is minimal and you want to repair it, you can file a claim to recover your cost to repair. The Bill of Lading MUST BE NOTED!

Failure to follow these options leaves you responsible for ALL cost of repairs or replacement.

International shipping

 

We do not arrange international shipping, However, we can package for international shipments. You will need to arrange shipment through a broker.

We recommend using Prefomance Plus for shipping outside of the Continental US (https://pplusglobal.com/ )
