Returns and Damaged Shipments
Contact us by phone to cancel your order for a full refund. 15% restocking fee on fiberglass, 25% on carbon fiber if order is at any stage of in production.
You can return an item within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
Shipping Charges are Non-refundable and Return Shipping is on the Customer
Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, custom ordered (hood mounted, front end/hood extensions, shaved door handles, ect.). These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
15% restocking fee applies to all fiberglass products, 25% for carbon fiber products.
1) Refuse delivery.
Ask the driver to take it back. Give us a call (904-751-3459) and we'll handle it from there. We will get replacement parts under construction ASAP and file a claim with the carrier.
2) Take delivery.
Ask the drive to list all damages on the bill of lading before signing and taking delivery, Also ask for a claim form..All shipments are insured for the full amount of the contents. If damage is minimal and you want to repair it, You can file a claim to recover the cost of repairs including your materials and labor.
Note: The bill of lading must be noted of ALL damage!
Failure to follow these options leaves you responsible for ALL cost of repairs or replacement!
To initiate a return, please call us at 904 751 3459 to discuss the return. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. The customer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the value of the items. Hairy Glass is not responsible for any damage on returned shipments. All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 15444 Max Leggett Parkway, Jacksonville, FL, 32218.
Refunds and Exchanges
After we have received your valid return, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted by us (in accordance with the above), we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
By not complying with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
