To Our Loyal Customers:

This is the time of the year that most of us in the industry received this kind of letter, telling us that a price increase will be in effect by the first of the next year.  Well, as much as we do not want to have to do this, this letter is to let our customer’s know that we will be applying a price increase as of January 1, 2009.

This increase is due to the rising cost of materials such as resins, matt, cloth and carbon fibers, also freight on these items.  Some of these items have doubled and even tripled over this past year, in the past we have been able to hold back any increases since 2004 and 1997 prior to that.  This is only our 2^nd price increase in 12 years and we feel that we can’t continue to absorb these costs any longer.

We would like to say that we are sorry for any inconvenience we may cause you in the future but hope that you all will understand our situation.  We appreciate your business over the past years and look forward to serving you in 2009.
